Your shoes don’t fit or you want to return them to us for other reasons? Within 30 days of date of delivery you can return them to us. Please ensure they have not been worn and are unused in the original packaging. Please fill in the return reason form which you find on the delivery note sent with the initial shipment. Please note that we cannot accept returns of any sock due to the intimate wearing.
If you want to exchange your item please place a new order. This will ensure that the item you wish to exchange is in stock. By purchasing the exchange shoes online and returning the items for refund to us it is the fastest way to receive an exchange and also make sure the item is on stock.
Why this? As returning the items to us might take some time to arrive at our warehouse before we can process it can take up some time, if you purchase your exchange we can dispatch within 2 business days.
Refunds will be made onto your original means of payment, be it i.e. credit card or PayPal account etc. As soon as the return shipment has been received and processed by our return department, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will then processed your refund through your initial payment method. Please note that depending on the method of payment and/or payment provider it may take up to 2-5 business days to appear in your account.
If by error you may have received wrong, faulty or shoes damaged on arrival, or if you have any other issues like wrong size etc. please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your item, so that the problem can be fixed soonest.
Unfortunately we currently can’t offer a free return label for shipments from Australia , we will however reimburse the cost of return shipment together with the reimbursement for the order. In this case please send an email at email@example.com indicating the cost of return shipment and include a copy of the shipment receipt.
